Pat Dekema
Co-founder Pat Dekema began her claims career more than 25 years ago as an adjuster, litigation manager and finally Regional Vice President of Carl Warren & Company, a nationwide liability TPA. During her career, she established and supervised claim programs for some of the largest corporations in the world, including three current Fortune 25 companies.
In addition to day-to-day case management, Pat has been responsible for program workflow and process development, including the adaptation of all new technology into the Claimstream business model.
Mike Dekema
Co-founder Mike Dekema also worked at Carl Warren, serving as Executive Vice-President in charge of business development and technology. Throughout his career, Mike has worked with risk managers and brokers to create highly customized solutions to liability issues. Solutions which have allowed boutique organizations to address the needs of many of America’s most dynamic companies.
Mike has also overseen several very successful technology initiatives and served as the claim process consultant to a highly respected e-commerce insurance company.
